# How to customize UH Workspace for managers and case workers
## Prerequisites
1.
User has role: x_steas_uh_core.case_worker or
x_steas_uh_core.manager
## Create a new dashboard
1.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
2.
Select

3.
Add the items you want by clicking on the center of the page or on
the button in the upper right corner.
4.
Choose the items you want.
5.
Fill in data.
6.
Click

7.
Name your dashboard in the top left corner.
8.
You can have multiple tabs on one dashboard by clicking the plus
sign.
9.
Exit the edit mode to save.
10.
If you need to share a dashboard:
a. Once you have saved the dashboard, click the button \"Share\".
b. Select either groups or people who should have access to the
dashboard.
c. Give them access to edit the dashboard if you wish.
## Create a new list
1.
Go to the left side of the screen and tap on the icon with the three
horizontal lines.
2.
Enter

3.
Tap at the bottom where it says

4.
Select

Create your own

5.
Give your list a name.
6.
Select the appropriate source.

Choose which fields you want to include in your list, and which
filter.

## Make changes to an existing list
1.
Go to an existing list (for example

gear (List actions).

Then you can, for example, edit columns and reset widths.
