How to retrieve all cases belonging to a process with REST API Explorer

Prerequisites

1. User has the role API Explorer (technical role name if you need to contact support: x_steas_data_anon.rule_user)

2. The user has English as the selected language

Steps

1. Open: System Web Services > REST > REST API Explorer

2. Fill in:

   a. Namespace: now

   b. API name: Table API

   c. API Version: latest/v2

3. Select: Retrieve records from a table (GET)

4. Under "Prepare request" fill in:

   a. tableName: Case (x_steas_uh_core_case)

   b. sysparm_query: fup_level_3=<Sys ID of the process>

5. Click "Send"

6. The result is under the "Response body»
