GREG-60: Org unit and material UI date picker

Tore.Brede requested to merge GREG-60_org_unit_date_picker into master

There are going to be many changes related to this issue, so do some merge requests as the development processes to keep them managable instead of waiting until the feature is completely finished.

In this merge request I have used the date picker from material UI instead of the one we previously had. I added a select-component for role type.
