GREG-247: Make the org unit list sorted alphabetically in the admin interface

The change is described in the Utvikling-channel in the Gjestetjenesten-chat. It sorts the org unit drop-down list alphabetically.

I also added the "name_nb" column to show up in the view that shows the organizational units.
