GREG-123: Adding option for acronym identifier import from orgreg
UiB want to make use of acronym from orgreg to identify the units. Adding option for importing these as ouidentifiers.

git.app.uib.no is moving to a new server and will be running in read-only-mode between 10PM on friday 20.09.2024 and 10PM saturday 21.09.2024.
