Adding a theme for UiB.

I also tried to make more use of the Material UI palette system and removed some colour specifications from the greg-section of the theme.

For UiO there should be no changes from what was previously. For UiB there is now a theme with a red colour as its primary colour. The default theme now uses the default colour palette from the Material UI library.

Legg gjerne til en kommentar om at man må sette theme i frontend/.env til noe annet enn default i README.md
