GREG-109 Theme updates

Tore.Brede requested to merge GREG-109_uib_theme_updates into master

Adding a theme for UiB.

I also tried to make more use of the Material UI palette system and removed some colour specifications from the greg-section of the theme.

For UiO there should be no changes from what was previously. For UiB there is now a theme with a red colour as its primary colour. The default theme now uses the default colour palette from the Material UI library.
