GREG-85: Guest registration page

Tore.Brede requested to merge GREG-85_guest_registration_page into master

Doing various updates to be able to register a guest.

Still more work is needed, but with what is here it is possible for a guest to register information about himself, and the registration pipeline to reach the next stage where the sponsor verifies the information.
