- The field 'source' is now formatted like 'greg:instance_name:environment'
- The field 'type' is now formatted like 'object_type.operation'
- The field 'data' now contains the identifiers of all objects related to the change

- Rename management command start_notification_publisher to notification_publisher
- Rename management command start_schedule_tasks to task_scheduler
- Stop using python-daemon and lockfiles, as these will run as standalone containers anyway
- Remove management commands stop_notification_publisher and stop_schedule_tasks
- Remove python-daemon dependency

GREG-85: Guest registration page

Allows changes to start- and end date for guest roles. A new endpoint
has been added to the ui api for doing PATCH request to support this.
The max days of each role type is respected.

Introduced to limit the max duration a Role can be assigned
