Ignore delete messages

Andreas Ellewsen requested to merge OM-51-ignore-delete into master

Arbeidsordre(Delprosjekt) and Projects publish messages upon deletion of objects. We cannot update this in the ompostering api since there is no endpoint to do so with. Ignore for now.
