It turns out that different institutions have different criteria for
what counts as good enough papers to verify an Norwegian National
identity number. This commit makes it possible to specify different text
for each language option for each instance.

Values of fields now show the current dates of the role after data has
been fetched, instead of the placeholders.

Comments and contact person had feature flags created for their
visibility some time ago, but we missed a couple of sections in the
frontend. In addition, comments that were set on a role during
invitation was invisible later, defeating the purpose. They are now
visible if comments are enabled.

If we don't fetch the info again, the frontpage will redirect us back to
/guestregister because the user does not have
registration_completed_date set.

The page relied on the visitor having gone to one of the other sponsor
pages before going to it. By setting some default values for the role
info the page now works if you go directly to it. Should probably
restructure this page to display a loading graphic if a future version
of the app is ever created.

If the user logs in through the frontpage we now check if they have
completed the registration process. If they have completed it halfway
before, we find their info through the GregUserProfile of the user and
redirect to the register page. If we dont find any profile connected to
the user they are treated as anonymous users as before.

Not all OUs have names in all languages in OrgReg. We now fallback to
english if norwegian names are missing and vice versa.
