Rename Person to Ansatt to avoid confusion

Andreas Ellewsen requested to merge rename-person-ansatte into master

An earlier version of the documentation referred to employees as persons. The naming convention seems to have stabilized and it now makes sense to switch to the seemingly permanent name.

Added a test of the client method as well
