First ready-to-use Azure version

The main changes have to do with the addition of a "wrapper" script that allows a sample to be called by its ID, and takes care of all the Azure practicalities: mounting fileshare of raw data files, mounting fileshare for results, resizing fileshare of results when finished.

This means that with a single command, a sample can be processed, ideal for batch service :)
