Batch (.bat) script to compile and install GEANT4 on Windows with full functionallity (GDML, OpenGL, Qt). EXPERIMENTAL: probably still a few bugs. It may also mess up the Environment Variables...

Script to easily compile and install Geant4 10.5.1 on windows with most of the functionality (OpenGL 3D, Qt, GDML, ...). Requires Visual Studio 2017 with C++ (msvc).

GEANT4 code to calculate Mean free Path and average energy loss of photons at a given altitude and a given energy. Can be easily change to other particle types.

Analysis of transient events from functional imaging data

Generates a TTH hash based on the first argument given to the program. Use make to build program. Uses gcc but is compatible with clang.
