low frequency on pre-conditioning sample
Hi, the run 06 of 2020-06-HS made an error because of low frequency on the preconditioning sample (single GLW before EVAP2). Please use run06bugbug_settings.mat for debugging, as run06 contains the final/correct calibration obtained with a work around.
In run06bugbug..., when pushing 'detect low frequency' there is a minor error (red lines in Matlab), but this does not preclude going to the next step. However once the fitting of the memory correction has been done (by excluding low frequency samples), it is impossible to go back and see the result (green dots) on the previous screen. Then there is a major error that leads to exit.
In order to obtain the 'correct' calibrated data, the 'detect' button was never used (bad injections are therefore removed by eye/hand, not automatically for this run). Apparently a bad sample that is simply excluded using the cross, does not raise the same alarm and error as a bad injection detected by the software.
Note that for the first EVAP2, no memory correction is applied (i.e. mean of last 4 injections), since the value of preconditioning GLW is uncertain. Would it be possible to move the button for choosing the number of injections to be used onto this panel? This would maybe solve the current problem? I also never remember when I reached panel 4 if there was or not a pre-conditioning sample on panel2. Question on the side: when we use the 'end' standards from the previous runs, we necessarily have to take the last 4 injections for the first standard right? The samples before cannot serve as pre-conditioning?
