new fliimp, html and memory
Hi,
As usual, thanks for huge improvements since last time! A few more things though...
I have a short remark on the isotope dependency correction on the figure 5 on index.html. I am not sure that the points on the plot are different from zero... For run 11, the highest dD change of 0.13 should be visible with the vertical scale [-1,+1]. For run 12, the 'change' is larger than 200 per mil on the plot???
Also I have lots of doubts on how to use properly the memory correction. Applying the fitted correction sometimes creates an error the other way round (too much corrected). But not for all samples/standards. Moreover, I am not sure that the samples that I have excluded do not contribute to the fitting. Lastly, when I used the memory correction, I had to spent more time than before excluding injections (before I was excluded only the wrong ones in the last 4, now I am looking and excluding through the 6/14 injections).
Another possible bug: when the first standard is excluded, how does memory correction on the second standard works? Is it applying no correction and therefore taking the last 4 points? or applying the correction and taking all the points? Or in between, not applying the memory correction AND taking all the points?
Is it allowed to keep automatic 'bad injections' if they look fine?
