Bibliography and bookmarks
I now have several big BibTeX files where I add entries for new papers, books and such. This should be rethought to
- automate more (instead of, or in addition to, the
bibfix{,.sed}
scripts) - account for many more sources, both scientific papers and online sources like blog posts
- account for availability (if needed use SciHub link in
url
field) - integrate annotated bibliography (this repo)
One idea is to use BibSonomy.
Other one (to use maybe in addition) is JabRef.
Those are written in Java, but interacting with it through the Perl API looks simple enough.
See if bookmarklets are useful.
Work out better Firefox Sync, and/or consider other web browsers and/or bookmarking systems (that might be useful i.c.w. a scientific bibliography).
